Dr. Sha-Rhonda Green, LCSW

I'm Dr. Green, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-2004) licensed in AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, MN, NV, OH, OK, and a Certified School Social Worker (GA, P-12, Level 7). I've devoted my career to supporting women's wellness, with a focus on the intricate lives of Black women, exploring intersections of multiple roles, relationships, and well-being. With a PhD in Human Services-Clinical Social Work (2016), my research expertise includes investigating predictive factors of subjective well-being among African American women, particularly the impact of multiple role demands, socioeconomic status, and interpersonal skills. My practice expertise encompasses: - Anxiety, depression and stress management - Relationship dynamics and conflict resolution - Trauma-informed care - Work-life balance and self-care - Emotional wellness and resilience I draw upon a trauma-informed care approach, prioritizing culture, empathy, and ongoing education (35 CEUs hours every 2 years).
